Gromak Renewable Energy is an MNRE registered solar EPC agency operating across Kerala. This policy explains what we do with the personal information you give us through this website.
2. What we collect
When you submit an enquiry form or contact us, we collect:
- Your name and phone number
- Your property type and approximate monthly electricity bill range
- Any additional notes you choose to write in the message field
We do not ask for, and you should never send us, bank account details, card numbers, Aadhaar or other government ID numbers through this website.
3. How we use it
Your information is used only to:
- Contact you about the site survey or quotation you requested
- Design a solar system suited to your roof and consumption
- Assist with your PM Surya Ghar subsidy application and KSEB net-metering paperwork, if you engage us
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.
4. Who else sees it
Enquiry data is stored on our hosting and database provider's servers under their standard security controls. We share your details with third parties only where it is necessary to deliver what you asked for — for example submitting your subsidy application to the national PM Surya Ghar portal or KSEB — or where the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for up to 24 months so we can follow up on quotations and honour warranty and service commitments. You can ask us to delete your details sooner.
6. Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to us using the contact details below and we will respond within 30 days.
7. Cookies and analytics
This site uses only the cookies required for it to function. If we add website analytics in future, this policy will be updated before that happens.

Our pages may link to government portals such as PM Surya Ghar and KSEB, or open WhatsApp. Those services have their own privacy policies, which we do not control.
